Payment gateway enable your customers to pay online through credit card, debit card, net banking and e-wallets. eComNation supports more than 7 payment gateways to give your customers more flexibility while paying online. The guide will help you configure CCAvenue on your online store.


In order to use CCAvenue payment gateway, you need to request them to whitelist your checkout URL. Your checkout URL would be https://yourstorename.my39shop.com. To request new URL,  send an email to service@ccavenue.com & salessupport@ccavenue.com with new checkout URL and Merchant ID from your registered email id. It will take upto 48 hours to whitelist new URL. Once it is whitelisted please follow steps mentioned below.




  1. Login to your Merchant's account in CCAVenue.
  2. Go to Settings > API Keys, make a note of Merchant ID, Access Code and Working Key of your new whitelisted checkout URL.
  3. Login to your store admin panel in a new window http://yourstorename,my39shop.com/login.
  4. Go to Settings > Apps & Integration > Payment Gateways > Configure (CCAvenue).
  5. Insert Merchant ID, Access Code and Working Key into the configuration fields, then select LIVE in Mode.
  6. Leave Promo Code blank and Save Changes.
  7. Turn CCAvenue ON.
