If you think that the order placed is incorrect or you do not have goods for particular order. You can change the status of an order to “Cancel” in the admin panel of your store and cancel the order. Watch video below.



1. Login to your admin panel and navigate to Orders.


2. Click on the order whose status you wish to change.


3. Select “Cancel” under the action tab.


4. You will be directed to a new page, where you will have to enter the details. Add a reason for cancellation and check mark on the box if you wish to trigger email to customer with cancellation note.


5. Click on Cancel this order to cancel.
