Ready to dispatch state generally means that your product is already packed. This step will make sure that customers are well informed that about their order status. You can change the status of an order to “Ready to Dispatch” in the admin panel of your store. Watch video below or follow steps below the video.





1. Login to your admin panel and Navigate to Orders.


2. Click on the Order whose status you wish to change.


3. Click on “Ready to Dispatch” under the Action tab.


4. You will be directed to a new page, where you will have to enter the ready to dispatch note. This note can be something like this - We have gift wrapped your order for free. Click on mark order ready to dispatch and send a trigger email to the customer. Your customer will be notified that the order is ready to dispatch and the order status will be changed to Ready to Dispatch.
