Your website can accept orders both online and offline. 


For accepting orders offline you can manually place orders right from your orders section. This feature comes in real handy when you want to accept orders on call, messages or social media platforms. In this guide we will share step by step tutorial on how to manually place orders. Watch video or follow the steps written below.





1. Login to your account and navigate to Orders.


2. Click on Place an order, you can find it in the main navigation just below Orders heading.


3. Add the product SKU in the first field and quantity in the second field. Click on Add. You will see order details appearing below. Recheck them and add your customer's email id to whom this order belongs. Now click on Next


4. Add all the shipping details accurately and select mode of shipping. If you have not configured any mode it will show standard shipping select that and then click on Next.


5. Now you will see the billing and payment section. Recheck your order details here. If you want to change billing address you can click on the radio button which says Use a different billing address. And then add the alternate billing address. If you do not want to add different billing address proceed to next step.


6. Now select the payment mode you want to accept from the drop down list.


7. You can also add payment processing charges for COD or Cheque.


8. Now Click on Create new order. That's it.
